STUDIO / SERVICE INFORMATION

How Studio works

The managed client content workflow, from account authorisation and drafts to approval, publication and offboarding.

Updated 5 November 2026

1. Agree the engagement

DigiCyfr and the client agree the business accounts, authorised staff, content responsibilities, supported platforms and scope of work. Studio is currently operated by DigiCyfr staff; this is not an open self-service sign-up product.

The client retains ownership of its accounts, business identity and content rights. The agency engagement determines who approves content and who may instruct publication.

2. Connect the correct account

A person entitled to manage the social account completes the platform’s authorisation flow. The platform shows the requested permissions and returns an authorisation result to Studio. Account access is distinct from a developer app’s permission to publish publicly.

Before content is prepared, staff check the connected account’s identity and place it in the relevant client workspace. Passwords are not requested through this information site.

3. Prepare a draft

Prepare the caption and media, select destination accounts and review the platform-specific settings. Content must be original or appropriately licensed. Music, footage, imagery, personal data and commercial claims require the relevant rights and authorisations.

Use each platform’s settings for audience, commercial-content disclosures and AI-content labels where applicable. A draft is not a published post.

4. Obtain the agreed approval

The engagement specifies whether a client representative or DigiCyfr staff member must approve a post. Studio supports internal approval stages; the agreed workflow must be configured for each client before live publishing is enabled.

Changes to media, caption, audience, destination or publication time may require another review. We do not treat connecting an account as consent to publish arbitrary content.

5. Publish only where available

Publication or scheduling uses the enabled platform integration and remains subject to the platform’s permissions, review status, limits and processing. Some features require additional platform approval or publicly reachable media delivery.

TikTok public publishing is not enabled in the current pilot. Facebook and Instagram account connections are verified; public media publishing has not yet been verified in this deployment. Read the current platform status.

6. Confirm results and end access

Check the platform’s processing result and the final post before considering delivery complete. If a result is uncertain, check the social account before retrying to avoid duplicates.

At the end of an engagement, stop pending work, disconnect authorised accounts and handle workspace data under the agreed retention and deletion instructions. See disconnect and deletion instructions.
