Studio Terms of Service

Rules for authorised business account management, content approvals, platform dependencies, privacy and offboarding.

Updated 5 November 2026

1. Operator and scope

DigiCyfr Studio is operated by CYFR SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, ul. Admiralska 10, lok. 1, 00-910 Warszawa, Poland, KRS 0001266161, NIP 9522289731. Contact: info@digicyfr.com.

Studio supports the preparation, review and management of business social content. It is currently a staff-operated DigiCyfr pilot. These service-use rules supplement the written agency engagement; they do not create a paid engagement or grant access merely because someone visits this website.

2. Client authority and account ownership

The client retains ownership of its social accounts and content. The client must have authority to instruct account connection and content operations, and must identify the people entitled to approve them.

Authorisation must use the relevant platform flow and legitimate access. A client must not provide another person’s account or instruct a use that breaches rights or platform terms. Access must be withdrawn when an authorised person’s role ends.

3. Content and approvals

  • The engagement determines who creates, reviews and approves content, and who instructs publication or scheduling.
  • The client must hold or obtain the rights needed for video, music, images, logos, personal data and statements included in content.
  • Captions, destination accounts, audience choices, timing and commercial disclosures must be reviewed before live publication.
  • A saved draft, connected account or uploaded file does not by itself constitute authorisation to publish.
  • DigiCyfr may stop or decline unlawful, misleading, unauthorised or platform-prohibited content.

4. Platform permissions and availability

Studio depends on third-party platforms, their authorisations, limits, processing and availability. Features can vary by account and may require a platform review or additional configuration. No connection guarantees access to every API feature.

TikTok is currently a sandbox connection. Public TikTok publishing is not available through this deployment, and approval is not guaranteed. Studio is not endorsed by TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn or another platform merely because an integration exists.

Scheduled publication can be interrupted by expiry, revoked permissions, platform errors, unsupported media or infrastructure failure. A post may require verification on the destination platform. Where the outcome is uncertain, check before retrying.

5. Acceptable use

  • Use only accounts and material you are authorised to manage.
  • Do not use Studio for spam, impersonation, unlawful surveillance, rights infringement, harmful code or bypassing platform restrictions.
  • Do not submit access tokens, passwords or confidential information through this public information site.
  • Do not treat a testing environment as authorisation for production posting.
  • Comply with applicable music, commercial-content, AI-content and advertising disclosures, and the destination platform’s rules.

6. Privacy and confidential information

The Studio Privacy Policy explains the current processing. Client-controlled personal data and confidentiality responsibilities must be addressed in the service engagement and any necessary processing agreement.

Each party must promptly report unauthorised access or relevant security concerns to the other. Requests for account or content deletion follow the published process.

7. Fees and third-party services

Fees, included work, publication responsibilities and support commitments are agreed separately in writing. No subscription, payment or contract is started by visiting this site or sending an enquiry.

Any paid third-party publishing provider or service change requires the relevant agreement. These pages do not imply that such a provider has already been connected or purchased.

8. Ending service

Either party can request changes or termination under its engagement agreement. Access, pending drafts/schedules, required exports, account disconnection and retention must be addressed during offboarding.

Disconnecting Studio does not automatically remove material already posted to a social platform. Revoking a platform grant may interrupt every operation using that grant; check other authorised integrations before changing it.

9. Intellectual property

Clients retain rights in their own content. Rights to deliverables and any licence needed for service delivery are governed by the engagement agreement.

Studio is based on BrightBean Studio, open-source software licensed under AGPL-3.0. Upstream notices and applicable source-availability obligations continue to apply. DigiCyfr branding does not imply ownership of the upstream software or third-party platform trademarks.

10. Support, complaints and responsibility

Contact info@digicyfr.com with the business name, affected account, time and a description. Do not include account passwords or tokens. We acknowledge and assess service complaints and respond under the engagement and applicable law.

Availability or response-time guarantees apply only if agreed in writing. Responsibility is assessed under the engagement and applicable law; these rules do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Applicable framework and changes

The service is intended for business engagements. Polish law applies to CYFR’s service-use rules subject to mandatory applicable law and the written engagement. These rules do not remove mandatory statutory rights.

A changed version is identified by its update date and does not silently amend a separate signed agreement. Discuss material scope or processing changes before using additional functionality.
