Help us identify the issue
- Give the business/engagement name and platform.
- Identify the affected account and the draft/post if relevant.
- Describe what happened and when, including the displayed error message.
- Avoid passwords, OAuth URLs/codes, tokens, recovery material or unredacted client screenshots.
Account access and urgent concerns
If an account has unexpected activity, use that platform’s official security controls to secure the account, review connected apps and revoke suspicious access. Contact the Studio team about any related workspace activity.
We do not recover accounts by asking for passwords or recovery codes over email. A client remains responsible for its platform account ownership and recovery arrangements.
Privacy and removal
Use the Privacy Policy to understand how data is handled, or the disconnect and deletion process to request a specific action. Distinguish removal from Studio from removal of a public social post.
Service availability
The application is in a private DigiCyfr pilot. Client onboarding and live publication depend on the engagement and each platform’s permissions. TikTok public posting is not yet approved for this deployment.
This site does not offer a paid checkout, immediate self-service sign-up or a guaranteed support-response time. Contractual commitments are agreed separately.
